Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So typically, I come here and the staff is always incredibly sweet and I never have to wait long, however, this is in part due to always making reservations, which they've always been able to honor. But overall, this is a well-run and positive location. Because I travel for work, I rent a car roughly twice a month, in winter months I need to travel over mountain passes, as such I legally must only drive a vehicle with AWD/4WD during certain winter conditions. I also need to drop off at regional airports and not the original location. While I've never had trouble, today had a really bad experience with their off-shore call center, that unfortunately cost Enterprise my monthly business of $500-1k. Enterprise has been our go-to rental car company for decades, and this Bothell location is likewise impressive. The cars are always well-maintained and the online systems work well—but it’s the staff that is consistently above the rest. Jaden in Bothell is a fantastic customer service professional. She is friendly, efficient and helpful, and provided us with a seamless renting experience. She even gave us a courtesy call before we arrived to ensure that everything would be ready to go when we got there. Thank you, Jaden. Highly recommended!

A few months ago I had to rent a car and was very happy with Enterprise Bothell. . Well I recently had to call on them again, and Olivia was professional and welcoming and had a car ready within the hour. They were a life’s saver since I had to work an hour later. I forgot the guy’s name ( Cameron?) that picked me up but he was friendly and professional as well. I’ve rented with Enterprise in the past, but this location and all of their employees are spot on. I am a stylist and I will tell you that their customer service is amazing. I will always rent from this location in the future. Thanks

Rented a minivan so I could take my wheelchair using dad to a hockey game. Showed up at my reservation time, and was told there were no minivans. No advance notice was given that my rental wouldn't be available. No call, no email. I was offered an upgrade to one of two SUVs, both of which are too tall for him to get into, so that wont work. Offered a different car, and I could swap for a minivan later. How is that a solution? Crappy, disappointing experience.

The staff is great and works to make things right. The check in and out process is fast enough. Prices are generally not great but on par with national chains. The worst part is pulling out from the lot. It’s trapped between two lights that make getting out tricky. Not Enterprises fault but be aware.
