Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise Car Rental, Brattleboro location employs some of most professional , genuinely kind agents. These people are the kind of employees that keep a company prospering. I hope their supervisor knows their value, and expresses that appreciation to the agents in some tangible manner. Thank you for your exceptional service and ever-present kindness. Two days late 9/11/2025, while at a stop sign, on my way to a dr appt,, a large construction/ dump truck backed up into the front end of the rental car. Brian and the branch manager, Ashley

This Brattleboro branch of the Enterprise Rent A Car is the best we've ever had. The staff: Bryan, Ashley and Marina were consistently very helpful, polite and had the best customer service attitude. Thank you and keep up the great job! Sam & David NYC

We experienced some issues with our rental at first, but Bryan, the customer representative, was outstanding. He worked with us to secure another rental and ensured that we received a good deal. When we returned the car a couple of days later, Ashley kindly drove us back to our B&B because we couldn't find an available Uber. The staff is fantastic. I am giving four stars instead of five due to a double booking, but the team made sure our experience remained positive despite the problem.

Rented in Brattleboro VT. Wonderful staff there! The best customer service—warm, so helpful and professional—and a great car in ideal condition

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had. They refused to rent the car we reserved because we had a debt card vs credit card. Makes no sense at all… on top of that, we never got our deposit back. Staff was incredibly rude with some major attitude. We will NEVER be utilizing enterprise again and will be moving my business away from enterprise as well.
