I got a bad experience with a fairly new Mitsubishi Mirage , noisy exhaust and at times it seemed that it was going to die on me when stopped at traffic lights and on the rush hour on the highway bumper to bumper traffic around Boston. Simply put I had kept one foot gas and another on the brakes, lack of responsibility towards customers. I’m a truck driver, so I know how to handle the situation, but someone else might not know how to handle the situation .

Enterprise car rental in Camillus has excellent staff. Tiffany responded to an issue we had with our rental and was able to secure another the day we were leaving. She helped to keep our vacation on track. This office is extremely helpful and courteous. I will be renting with them again.

Tiffany does an outstanding job, as do the other staff that I have encountered. Great service at a fair price and peace of mind for the customer renting a vehicle. Wonderful experience!
