Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff and service at the local Clarksville office were excellent, efficient and courteous as well. They called me a few days before my pickup date to inform me that one of the two vehicles I had reserved was not available (premium SUV). However the second one - a minivan - was available. I asked them to definitely keep it and when I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised that they gave me a 2025 Honda Odyssey (my all time favorite vehicle). It’s an excellent vehicle and great to drive. Awesome 👏🏽

I had the easiest experience I’ve ever had at an Enterprise at this location. The staff were kind, gave everything a personal touch, and genuinely seemed happy to work there - which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They also had plenty of inventory to choose from, and both Samantha, the manager, and Perry provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this team and location!

I had an incredible Customer Service experience at the Clarksville, MD location today. I was frustrated with McGaw Road's CS and had low expectations when I called Perry at Clarksville. Man did this young man impress me with his care, compotence and his overall professionalism. By a country mile, this was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. If I owned my own company, I would have tried to poach Perry. He's THAT good. Kudos to his Manager as well, Two Peas in a Pod. They represent the best case scenario in Customer Service.

I tried for 10 days to switch to an SUV at the Clarksville Enterprise, and Samantha repeatedly told me no cars were available and that they don’t switch to SUVs for insurance rentals. Frustrated, I went to the location in person. At first, she said a car was available since we were asking for an SUV. But as soon as we agreed, she suddenly said it required an oil change and couldn’t be given to us. Earlier, during phone calls, she even hung up on me. Knowing she was lying, I had a friend call—she suddenly had 2 Jettas and 1 RAV4 available. I called right away to confront her, and only 10 minutes had passed since we left. Wonderful experience renting with Enterprise. Professional and friendly. Smooth operation without any unnecessary delays. The car was almost brand new and absolutely clean. Would definitely rent again….
