Enterprise Rent-A-Car

What an outstanding experience!! Joe the Manager was great!! He has his team dialed in! Lexington was great just like talking with a person you've known forever. Alex is very professional but still understands the personal connection. I've done business with Joe and Enterprise for years and every time I setup a reservation it is always perfect! I will not go anyplace other than Enterprise! Joe and his team deserve huge kudos!!

My experience at this Enterprise location was incredibly disappointing. My friend and I rented a vehicle, and both of our names were on the rental agreement. When it came time to pay, the staff refused to accept payment from my card unless I was physically at the counter, even though I was an authorized renter on the agreement. After being called inside from the car, the staff was hesitant and treated us with what felt like unnecessary suspicion. It doesn't matter who pays the bill when both parties are on the contract. This lack of flexibility and disrespectful attitude created a stressful and demeaning experience. We were paying customers and expected to be treated with basic decency. I will not be returning.

I was really impressed by the way people were focused at Enterprise. It took 5 minutes to get my rental car. Lexington was the person who coordinated everything. He made this experience so stress free. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

Great service, I got in and out quick with no BS or strings. The car was clean and in great shape. I will definitely come back here if I need another rental in the future, Joe and his team took great care of me.

Joe and his crew (Alex, Ryan, Lex, Jay and Tyler) all do a fantastic job at helping me anytime I need a car last minute. All Super professional and helpful. I highly Recommend this location to anyone looking for great service. Well maintained cars and kind helpful employees. 5 star everytime.
