Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible experience at this location specifically with Jay. Reservation was set for 12pm, we get a call to come at 12:30pm, while in the parking lot at that time, we get another call saying they don’t have what we want and offer a mini van. We needed something other than a minivan so he says the airport has what we want. We offer to go to the airport to pick it up and are told no, pick up here at 2pm. We show up at 2pm and the doors are locked with a note on the door stating they’re picking up cars so we wait for fifteen mins before trying to call the office. We call and there’s no answer. We ended up waiting an hour before calling another store to find out what was going on and they’re able to tell us that the manager was able to get in touch with the associate and they’re ten minutes awa

My experience with Enterprise by far exceeded my expectations and it was all because of Bryce! I needed to rent a car to drive to Kansas City for a wedding and the process was simple, smooth, quick and easy. From the moment my husband and I walked in he was kind, professional, and exceeded all of our expectations. He had excellent communication skills and by the time we drove away I didn’t have any lingering questions. The car itself was incredible, so much so I joked with Bryce that my husband said if I asked nicely he might let me keep it. I loved the 2025 Hyundai Sonata so much I’m actually considering buying it in the future. It was clean, I felt safe and the return process was simple as well. I was left a voicemail late the evening before to call and schedule to pick up the rental. No one picks up the phone. I had a reservation for an insurance claim. I called 4 times. Each call, I was on hold at least 13-15 minutes then automatically got hung up on by the phone system. Terrible customer service. I will have to get a Lyft to drive me there to talk to someone.

Customer service was very polite, very respectful. The got me into a car. I went in there. Gotta be a call when on my trip. It was a very smooth trip. Love the service all the way around. Very excellent place to go and rent a car from. Thank you enterprise very professional

It was a pleasure to do business with Enterprise because of Bryce! An excellent employee that gave myself, and all customers they communicated with, excellent customer service. I needed a rental car after my vehicle was damaged and Bryce helped make the process go smoothly. Bryce also made sure to contact me when the insurance company failed to. I truly appreciated that!! I enjoyed driving the Chevrolet Trail Blazer! The car was clean, smelled good, and we had no mechanical issues for the month we had it.
