Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented a vehicle at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location near Drippings. I have rented many cars at Enterprise and I have received good service, but I have never taken the time to do a Google review before. I had scheduled to pickup the rental at 8am on 1/07/26. When I arrived I found the location to be quite busy and I had to wait to get my vehicle. There was Enterprise employee named Allen, who was efficiently handling all of the customers who were waiting in line. Allen knew I was waiting past my appointment but he assured me he would take care of me. I am an observer of employees who provide great customer service and Allen was one of those employees. Allen at the Dripping Springs Enterprise location made a traumatic experience with my wrecked vehicle, which was eventually totaled by insurance, so much easier to navigate. He showed compassion, understanding, and even brought humor into the process when it was needed most. He is a true asset to Enterprise. I witnessed him handle a very difficult repeat customer before me with remarkable restraint and kindness, which speaks volumes about his professionalism. Enterprise is fortunate to have him. He reflects incredibly well on the Enterprise name.

The team at the Enterprise Dripping Springs, Tx location were absolutely awesome. Outstanding customer service in working with us to accommodate our needs. Picked up the car on Christmas Eve and had to keep extending until January 13th. They were so friendly and helpful that we wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars!

Was having a bad after a vehicle collision, dealing with insurance companies etc. Finally got to the loaner car part and wasn't sure how complicated it would be. A guy name Gabe welcomed me and was totally on his game, he was genuine and good at what he does. He asked the right questions, was quick and responsive, he is a guy who is on his game. Got my squared away and out of there and on my way home super fast. We I need a rental vehicle again I will be coming back to Enterprise because of the service I received there. 0 stars if I could. Called the number, they said yes we have a car for you. I Uber to enterprise and the say they have no cars to rent today. I now stuck without transportation an facing a $200 Uber ride. DO NOT DO Business with this company.
