Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented jeep wrangler and we couldn’t be happier. It was brand new. Easy smooth transaction. Donia helped us and she was great. The return was smooth and easy too!

This is my car rental company of choice. The have tasted me better than expected. Upgrades on the regular. Nice cars. On this day, the location lost power. Everything was black. I was at another, different rental company. They were lost. They had about 10 people in the lobby and were doing rentals like the old days. Calling to get credit card approvals, no cars, everything done by paper. I felt like we were back in the 70s. I went over to Enterprise, where I had a 2nd reservation. (My Office duplicate booking error). When I arrived, they asked what class I booked and pointed me towards those cars. They told me to take whatever. I was in a car within 5 mins from my arrival. We had a great time traveling through I95 South and then I95 North on our back back from DC. It was a perfect match: a great car dealing with all those construction sites alongside the road. It was a great experience!

I love Enterprise's process of pre-checking in and the experience is totally seamless. Being able to skip the line and just choose the car you reserved for w/minimal interaction. The process couldn't be any easier. The staff I briefly interacted were very welcoming and polite. Well deserved 5 stars!

Great service location at IAD. The shuttle driver was super friendly and the ride was only 4 minutes. Once at Enterprise line was really small and really moving quickly. Staff did my contract In no time. My option to pick from a zone of vehicles really makes things so much easy. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes. Great location highly recommended for your rental needs.
