Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at this location don’t answer the phone. I’m trying to extend my rental, and now I have to call another location that I didn’t purchase the rental from to make a payment. Get it together Hillsborough Road location. I literally just called the 15-501 and they did it with no problem and didn’t have me on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke with an associate right away. I definitely should’ve did business with them instead!!

I am extremely UPSET with my experience and feel cheated at this Enterprise location. I rented a car through my insurance for about a month while my vehicle was in the shop. At pickup, I was told to add the optional DW/CDW insurance for the first 5 days “to get used to the car,” and that I could come back within those 5 days to cancel it if I wanted it for less than 5 days. What was NOT made clear at all was that this opt-in insurance would carry on past THOSE 5 DAYS, and the charge would automatically continue for the rest of the rental, as I was only told it was for the first 5 days. I remember asking when I needed to return the car by, and all they said was once your car at the body shop, is completed. Nothing about how this optional DW/CDW will be carried over. I recently had an insurance claim for a car accident and Enterprise handled my rental, and let me tell you — they understood the assignment. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. They even offered me a shuttle from the repair shop back to Enterprise to pick up my rental, which I didn’t even know was a thing. Super convenient and honestly clutch during a hectic situation. The rental they gave me was great — good mileage, clean, and easy to handle. Returning it was just as easy with no hassle or attitude. Everybody I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Highly recommend this Enterprise location. They made a stressful situation way easier, and I truly appreciate that!

I reserved a Jeep Wrangler Nov. 24th to pick up Dec. 21st. around noon. I arrive at my scheduled time to only be told, "we don't have what you reserved, nor do we have anything remotely the same. We are completely out of SUVs, you can rent a Versa". First problem was, No one called me to tell me they didn't have anything available, second, I never received an apology for my inconvenience, thirdly, she suggested I go the other location that is ~12 minutes away. Mind you, they close at 1pm on Sundays and it's already 12:30pm. I asked, "will you be here if they can't help me, and her response was, "well we close at 1pm". That's my point. I called to issue a complaint and was informed I would rec'd a phone call from the manager, it's going on month. Their customer service is awful.
