Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience at the East Hanover Enterprise location. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, and every time I called, someone took the time to answer my questions and clearly explain my options — including estimates for extending my reservation. The employees were upfront and honest about what to expect, which I really appreciated. Communication was clear, there were no surprises, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from this location again.

Friendly staff at the East Hanover, New Jersey Enterprise location. Easy and quick vehicle check-out and check-in. My rental car was in good condition and a newer model that drove well. Rental price was reasonable. Bryan and the nice tall male manager were easy and pleasant to deal with. Thanks guys!

I had an accident the other day and my insurance company sent me to Enterprise on route 10 E. Hanover for the rental. By the time I hung up with The Insurance Company, I was actually getting a text from Enterprise saying that I’m entitled to a car. They had my file number they told me at $50 a day for 45 days. They were so kind. Today I went to pick up a car- a Nissan rogue, a small SUV. They had the car all cleaned for me. All the guys were very nice and Paul was so kind. He took care of everything for me. All I had to do was sign and go. It’s been a very long time since I had to rent a car but I could tell you that this place is definitely worth using. Easy pick up and drop off the car was clean. The staff were very courteous and friendly. I recommend them if you need a rental. It’s great that they are affiliated with Geico and C&L Auto-body.

Someone in the past reviews rightly mentioned that they give you a call on the pickup day and say they don’t have the exact car we want.. they did the same thing just 4 hrs before I planned to pick up my larg suv. I will complain to Costco also and escalate this .. these guys operate through Costco.. never ever book through these .. they make sure to ruin your trip / plan. Very unprofessional dealer.
