Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst location ever, rented 2 vans 3 months in advance for my wedding. They were an hour late on one van and could not provided the other van. They drove the best man in my wedding to another location to get the second passenger van and stranded him there when they could not provide it. He missed my wedding because of it.

My car was totaled and my insurance company uses Enterprise for the replacement, Enterprise came over to the collision facility dropped off the car had me fill out forms and I was on my way, After a day of extreme hassles it was nice to have a hassle free experience.

We've used Enterprise for *years* and ALWAYS have a stellar experience. We recently drove out to see the Ark Encounter in Kentucky, and when we discovered before leaving that a rear tire was deflating, it took a mere hour to switch out the car and get on with our trip. Amazing service! The employees are always pleasant and good at what they do. The cars are always comfortable and easy to manage. The process for renting could not be more streamlined. The bottom line is that we'd rather drive than fly, and that is all because Enterprise car renting is such an easy, pleasant experience. There may be other good car rental places as well, but to be honest we love Enterprise so much, we wouldn't even consider trying out another.

The car was nice and in great working order. Our rental specialist (Nick) was very nice and helpful.

These people confirmed 2 passenger vans 2 days before my friends wedding on a reservation that was 1 year. The day of the wedding 1 broke down and they replaced it with a Nissan rouge. Horrible customer service.
