I went in and paid $62 for an oil change. They showed me the level on the dipstick and it was way above the hatched area, where it should have been. That was my first red flag. Did they not know that this can ruin people's engines??? That's not just heresay (read your owner's manual). How many have driven through their shop and ended up with damage to their engines, not knowing that this person (who I later found out was the manager!) had no clue about how to fill to the proper level? I made him take some out, and I made it clear that it should be within the hatched area on the dipstick. The guy showed me the level right in the middle of two holes (the hatched area) and I thanked him. The problem was it was a lie. I am blown away by the incredible level of customer service I just received at your Edina Southdale location. The best customer service I've had in years. Karena and (new employee whose name I forgot, sorry) could not have been more informative, professional and kind. Simply the trifecta of customer service. As a first-time client, I promise you that you have a new lifelong client. Don't change a thing that you do! It was that perfect!
