Quick, Clean, and Surprisingly Fun: My Experience at Mister Car Wash With the weather finally taking a turn for the better, I found myself on a fine Sunday morning looking for a place to get my vehicle cleaned. After browsing a few local spots, I came across Mister Car Wash—fun fact: they acquired the beloved Downtowner Car Wash in Saint Paul, which used to be right off East 7th Street near the Holiday gas station. I pulled in around 10:45 AM, curious about how the pricing worked for both interior and exterior services since the website wasn’t the clearest. That’s when I met Jasmyn, who was incredibly courteous and informative. As expected, she explained the benefits of their monthly packages (she has a job to do, after all), but what impressed me most was her approach. I told her I was

Quick easy express line car wash. Swipe your card and order at a kiosk. Then just get in line and go through. Gets your car very clean, soft brushes to clean your car well. You can also do full service where they clean it all, inside and out.

Mister car wash is consistently well done and the customer service is professional. They accidentally threw away something that I was going to return. The item and the receipt ($15-$20 item) were in the bag. I called to see if they could look for it and someone was going to get back to me, but they didn’t. The next time I came for my car wash, I told the manager about the incident and he took care of me with a free car wash. That was much appreciated and retains my loyalty to Mister. Thank you, Mister manager!

I’m super picky about where I take my car, and I’ve had trouble finding a good car wash since I moved to Minnesota. I was really impressed with the service I received at Mister Car Wash. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive. My only negative (not enough of an issue to take a star away) would be that they could have done a slightly better job getting the bugs off of the windshield and front bumper. Other than that, they did a great job, were very careful, and treated my car really well. They also did a great job with the interior. The facility itself is very nice, and incredibly clean. I will definitely be back.

It's unreal how bad this location has gotten with worrying about speed more than service. Look at the attached. Titanium wash interior and exterior, no tires done, bugs all over windshield still and grille. Interior left dirty barely clean. I had to finish wiping it down myself. They didn't even open the rear gate. But when an employee brought their Yukon through they got the extra power wash on the windshield and the rear windshield and everything but all the other cars that went through got nothing but quick get it in and get it out. It's atrocious you charge nearly $60 for this garbage.
