Awesome service and super fast as well. None of the usual “here are the issues 2857 your car” crap either.
Great experience! I’ve gone to Valvoline my whole life, and Express Lube was $40 cheaper and equally quick. And, I truly appreciate the honesty of the team. I asked for a new air filter with my oil change because my car said I needed one. They wrote on my receipt that my filter was fine so they left it. I waited in the lobby, so they could’ve just replaced it and charged me for a new one without me ever knowing it wasn’t needed!
I came in for an oil change at 7:35. They close at 8. The guys were so friendly, and customer service was outstanding. The price was great and they even vacuumed my truck and I got a free carwash. 🍃🌎🍃#Girls Gone Green.
I'm always pleasantly surprised when an oil change service doesn't try to upsell me garbage. These folks did a great job, at a very good price, with no upsell! No hidden fees! Plus they gave me a free car wash and notified me of a safety hazard I can take care of on my own time. Excellent. Thank you!
