Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wonderful staff who went the extra mile! This review goes out to Matt, Mindy and Brandi. I have worked with all three of these people for the last two months. Our vehicle broke down in Elko during a PNW trip and they were able to get me into a vehicle that accomplished our needs. Once the vehicle was fixed they helped me rent a vehicle from SLC airport so that I could drive one way out to Elko and pickup my vehicle to head home. Knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would highly recommend renting any vehicle from them in the future. 👍 Thank you again

Had to get a last minute rental because I was at a shop for a routine repair that should've been done in a several hours, but ended up being days. Made the reservation over the phone and picked up the car 20 mins later. Reserved for 7 days, but returned early and received a refund. Yes, prices are a bit high, but for a rural area and them being the only game in town, I felt the service was good and price reasonable. I would recommend and also rent from them again if needed.

In 2020 my car was backed into while at a wedding so our car insurance booked a rental with enterprise for a month due to the damage and how long it would take to repair it. Unfortunately while my boyfriend was driving to work a semi flicked a rock at the windshield causing a tiny chip, we're told it's not a big deal that our insurance will take care of it. Only we end up getting a bill in the mail a few months later! I call to try & pay it & I'm told that we have no bill that our insurance must have taken care of it, to disregard the letters. Again I ask if they're sure bc I'm holding a bill for it in my hand. The lady assures me that we do not have a bill to disregard it. So fast fwd and many months have passed and now I have another bill from a debt collector, so I call Enterprise yet a

Poopy diapers still in the “clean car” I rented. At least 2 other rentals were not clean, but I dealt with it. Finally, my last straw; I tried to call for a week, trying to get a receipt for reimbursement. Only the Elko branch could see why I couldn’t get a receipt, and despite multiple requests from the main customer service line, I could not get help or resolution. Upon finally getting someone to answer at the Elko branch, I was told there was a card issue, but no-one bothered to reach out. Finally, since my work card was having issues, I had to use a personal card, but was unable to attain separate receipts necessary to split the reimbursement. When I asked to speak with someone who could help, I was told “those contacts are for employees only” and to call the main customer service line

I had an exceptional experience renting a car from Enterprise in Elko! From the moment I arrived, Mitsy went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. As a newcomer to the area without transportation, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed, but Enterprise made it so easy by picking me up and dropping me off at our apartment—such a thoughtful and convenient service! Matt, the gentleman at the counter, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed. The young lady who picked me up was equally kind and welcoming. To top it off, they even upgraded me to a van, even though I had only booked a small car. The level of care and customer service from everyone was outstanding.
