Enterprise Rent-A-Car

As an Enterprise Plus member, I rented a vehicle from the Flowood, MS location because the Clinton location was out of cars. The vehicle itself was nice, but the antenna fell off during my rental, and I had to use my phone for music. It was obvious someone had previously tried to fix the antenna, showing it was already damaged. Despite this, staff tried to charge me for damages I didn’t cause. They said we did a walk-around, but the antenna was never inspected. They even suggested I could have gotten another vehicle, but when I came in, there were hardly any cars available. Enterprise staff need to show proof of the full antenna’s condition and timestamp prior to rental before trying to blame a customer — which they cannot provide, because I didn’t create the issue. They never answered the phone. The gave my boyfriend a car Kia soul. It had a smell to it then the manager said she will call when they had another vehicle. So when he got the vehicle it had a dent in the rim and the right side bumper was loose. In he pointed it out to them the manager said she know. Ok if we renting a car at least make look decent.

Amber is truly exceptional! She’s always super friendly and incredibly patient, even when the store gets busy and she’s managing everything on her own. I’ve seen customers be rude, and she still stays calm, professional, and respectful every single time. She works hard to accommodate everyone and make sure each person is taken care of. I will never in my life rent from the Flowood location, it was the first and the last! I usually rent from the Brandon location which is closer to my home. We had a rental for a month that the insurance paid for until last Wednesday, we received a call on that Thursday saying that we would be responsible for the remainder of what was due because my vehicle was still in the shop from an accident. We went around & around with the insurance company and the repair shop NOONE wanted to be responsible! So my husband spoke with Amber on Friday to let her know it would be late Friday or Saturday morning before he could get in bc he is a truck driver, she told him that was fine but never bother to tell him that they closed at 12pm on Saturdays!!! I prefer enterprise but was disappointed this time. My car had spots over the windshield, windows, and mirrors. When I brought it to their attention they said it was water spots. I went home before leaving and spent twenty minutes cleaning the sticky spots off. They didn’t just wipe off. I left at 03:00 in the morning the inside windshield so bad I had to pull over and clean the oily smears
