Made a reservation 2 days in advance and received a confirmation, yet at the time I am confirmed to pick up the vehicle there is nothing available, why provide a confirmation in the first place then. If they weren't going to have a vehicle available I would have appreciated knowing before pickup time as there are now further financial impacts for the appointments that I will be missing today.
The agents in the Greenfield, Ma. and Northampton, Ma. locations-- Sophia and Brianna, provide fast service and put me in good vehicles with low mileage. The pre check-in expedites service, and I'm never pressure into signing up for anything exztra.
First time renting at this location and had a great experience. All employees were extremely courteous and helpful. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I would recommend this location with zero hesitation .. great team running this enterprise!!! Big shout out to Donald and Mike exceptional customer service!!!
Rented from the greenfield massachusetts location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the exact vehicle i wanted.The only downside is they charge quite a hefty deposit hold
