Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented from this Enterprise location multiple times and every time has been a very pleasant experience. Anytime something that has gone wrong (once ALL enterprise systems were down, not their fault, and a couple times where we needed specifically a mini van and it was difficult for them to find one, but they tirelessly searched until they were able to obtain one for us) they have been more than apologetic and have always offered discounts due to the inconvenience. Rami especially has gone above and beyond for us to make sure our experience with Enterprise has been a good one.

Wish I could give 0/5 stars. Horrible customer service. We tried to rent a car, was told by the people on the phone that they had one ready. We had my mother drive my wife into the rental location only to find they did not actually have any cars. Turns out even though my phone call was suppose to be with local representative, as that is an option one can pick, it must have not had been because they lacked vehicles. Horrible customer service if one person says they have cars and tell you drive in and that one is reserved and then when you get there it isn't.

Hit a deer outside Hannibal at 3 AM on Christmas Eve. Right when they opened Rami was able to get me a car for my family and let us get to our relative's house on time for the holidays. Great service!

After getting into a car accident right outside of Hannibal on vacation on our way home to Wisconsin, my partner and I were stranded for a couple of days. We were a bit upset as car rentals were closed on Sundays Rami was the first one to work with us bright early Monday morning. As frustrated as I was with my situation, he remained his composure and professionalism. He worked so hard to find a car to bring us back home. Although it took a bit, he went above and beyond in his job to work with another dealership in Quincy to make this happen. Words aren't enough to convey how wonderful, brilliant and compassionate Rami is to this company. Booked a car on the phone, showed up to no availability, after i left my car at the dealership to get worked on. Thanks enterprise for leaving me stranded. I will never ever return to enterprise for any type of rental service as im now 2 hours away sitting here with no car, dealership dropped me off here.
