I had an excellent experience with this car rental company from start to finish. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly what I was promised. Pickup and return were quick and seamless, with no surprises or hidden fees. What truly stood out was the customer service—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process stress-free, which is something you don’t always find with car rentals. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from the Hanover Ma branch again. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliability and great service.

We appreciated the customer service attentiveness of the Hanover MA office. They made it easy to swap to a different car at customer request, and to drop off at a different location at the end of the rental. The late model Hyundai Tucson that we drove was well equipped, clean, and nice to drive.

This place is a clown show. I reserved a full-size (1/2 ton) pickup months in advance so we could move my daughter and all of her stuff into college. The reservation specifically said "1/2 ton" and had a picture of an F150. I went to the Hanover branch the night before at my scheduled pick up time and was presented with a Nissan Frontier. Nice truck, but not even remotely big enough for the amount of people and cargo we had. The rep told me my reservation had the "or similar" disclaimer. I'm sorry what? They are similar in that they both have steering wheels, but they are in two completely different vehicle classes. Two young ladies both named Olivia were super helpful at a very stressful time for our family. My wife had passed away and my truck was unexpectedly in the shop. Their compassion for me and my daughter was above and beyond customer service. Thank you both for being such kind people.
