Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location, Nick was beyond helpful and assisted me in making accommodations for drop off at a different location to accommodate my times better. Other times I have attempted to use this location and the staff has been helpful in helping me find a car at a different location due to them being sold out. I highly recommend giving them a call as well as Alex on Memorial Dr. & Gabriel on Riverdale Road both located in my Springfield. Unfortunately, Chicopee is somewhere I have had extreme difficulties with every time I’ve attempted to use them.

Not a location to go to if you are renting through your insurance. Despite the 2 employees being informed that the insurance carrier had already made a reservation for a vehicle pickup, I was informed that there was no such reservation. In mentioning the name of a higher up, they happened to then find my reservation and then stated that there was no vehicle that was available. i stated that if the reservation was made, then how would there not be a vehicle. I was then informed that they had a sedan, and I stated that the rental would be something that would be comparable to, what I already drive, which was an SUV. Easy process to make a reservation. Quick pickup that included a free upgrade. Very friendly and helpful customer service agents. I'm so glad Enterprise is in Holyoke!

Had an mechanical emergency, car broke down, dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and needed a ride. They didn't have any available rentals at the time onsite, but the staff called one in from another location within an hour.

Nicholas was such House Phone person traveling to Canada was a little bit complicated due to the cars that could go in. They were able to make it happen. Make sure the cars were on point with oil tires everything so me and my family could be safe in two cars to Canada and back. I appreciate you guys both Nick.
