Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented due to an insurance claim. Easy booking and pick up. The on site staff was friendly and helpful. I had to extend the time of the rental due to waiting on parts to repair my vehicle and was able to do it over the phone without a problem. Great people at the Huber Enterprise, I don’t think they get enough credit! Tre and Jordan were amazing!

I rented with them for two weeks while my car was being serviced next door to them. Everything went seamlessly and the car met all of my needs. The staff were extremely helpful and informative. Would definitely rent again if every need. The location also has a great selection and sells cars which was fascinating to learn.

I've used this Enterprise location twice now while getting repairs at Gerber Collison down the street a bit. Both times I was given a warm welcome by their associates and treated with respect, they show nothing other than professionalism when it comes to their service. The last time they were pretty busy when I got there to pickup a rental so I had a brief wait but nothing crazy, and the wait 100% paid off when they handed me those keys to the BMW SUV. (Amazing car, so nice that I was a little let down at the quick service on the needed repairs for my own car lol) I felt like a million bucks driving that beast around for a week, and the timing aligned perfectly because I so needed that smile and positivity right now! I was involved in a hit and run recently and I had to get a rental car while waiting for my car to be fixed. The body shop that was fixing my car help me get a rental from Enterprise Huber heights. I was picked up by Brandon Tisdale the assistant manager he was amazing I told him this was my first time getting a rental car threw my insurance and I didn't really know what to expect he walked me through the steps and he was so nice and patient with me. Just amazing service from start to finish I would definitely go back for their assistance in the future. Thank you for the peace of mind appreciate it.
