Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I went to Enterprise to rent a car for the day. Patrick welcomed me when I walked in the door. I was impressed with his smile, politeness and honesty. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was in order and that made me happy. I enjoyed driving the Corolla car that they rented to me. I do recommend Enterprise to everyone. Blessings.

getting me picked up at the collision center and getting me a vehicle to use went very smooth. the people were great. explained everything thoroughly. when I turned it in they were prompt and drove me to the center to get my vehicle. also my deposit was back in my account immediately. very smooth from start to finish. will continue to use Enterprise when I need a rental and definitely refer them to others when asked for a recommendation!! Job well done!

I would give this Inverness location a negative 100 ⭐️ if I could! they are very deceitful liars will say you caused damage to a vehicle that you did not cause damage to they do not hold the video surveillance to prove the damages. They do not do a walk arounds with you before or after getting the vehicle stating that they are busy and they lie and try and get you to pay for damages that were on a vehicle before you received it. When you call damage control, they tell you that they only hold a video surveillance for 30 days and then they send you a letter two months later. And the branch manager, Leo is a liar as well. I have rented after this incident with the Inverness location in the Homosassa location and had no issues with them. They did the walk around before we got the car and the
