Avoid this location – Poor management and hostile service. I had a terrible experience here from start to finish. There were red flags immediately when they failed to provide the vehicle originally promised. The worst part was the drop-off process. Despite arriving minutes before closing, an employee named Austin was extremely rude and refused to accept the keys. He even threatened to charge me for the entire weekend simply because it was near closing time. The lack of professionalism continued after the rental: * Billing Issues: My invoice was not processed until January 6th (three days late). * Lack of Accountability: I had to call corporate twice a day for several days just to reach a resolution. Dealt with Rylee for a rental after a wreck. She was able to get me in a comfortable vehicle immediately and also gave me the break down of what another rental would be like after insurance period ended. She also put in a referral to Enterprise Car Sales in Warren for me. When we went to do the process for the 2nd car she went out of her way to put me in something cheaper (at my request) but still comfortable. In the end I purchased a vehicle from the Warren location on her referral. She made this nightmare of a time just a bit easier to get through by being polite, understanding, and overwhelmingly helpful. The older gentleman who initially picked me up when I needed a ride there (his name escapes me) was also super kind!

I was having vehicle trouble an needed a vehicle on short notice, and I was assisted and obtained a vehicle quickly. I can not tell you how much I appreciated this. I was in a tough spot, and the Lake Orion, Mi. branch came through for me with flying colors. Absolutely Grateful.

I reserved a Jeep Wrangler for an up-north vacation, but on the day of pickup, I was told at the counter that the only available vehicle was a Hyundai Kona. There was no prior notification about this change, and the agent claimed that the Kona was a “similar” car to a Jeep Wrangler and even said it was more spacious — which is completely inaccurate. Already running late for my trip, I contacted Enterprise customer support. They created a ticket and assured me that a regional manager would call back within 30 minutes to resolve the issue, but that call never came. I eventually had to get a car from a different location — and ended up paying extra to do so. Extremely disappointing experience.
