Will never rent from this location again the girl Alexis is rude to not only us but another woman as well the attitude is unwanted and unneeded. Called and filed a formal complaint. Not only that but the car smelled like marijuna when we were given the car then go to make a switch and they take back the car when they broke the policy first buy the car not being clean smelling. Not only putting the driver at risk if pulled over but anyone other them as well. Went to months ago with a family member to get a car said that they had available and it was not ready in the same girl was there and gave it the same family member a hard time and we had to drive to Harrison location to pick up another car even though the girl at the location said the car was ready. Although my car reservation was made 2 months in advance, when I called to come pick up a car they did not have one available in the price range that the other insurance company allowed. So I had to pay out of pocket to cover the difference for that 1st car. I did not mind but it would have been nice if I didn't have to cover the difference since it wasn't my fault. Over all, the representative was very nice and polite. Helped me with any concerns that I might have had. Also Upon returning the car the Young lady that closed out my rental was super polite and nice. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend Enterprise just make sure you call a day ahead or a couple days ahead because you never know what could possibly happen and who needs what in an emergency.

After renting for many years my most recent experience i will be taking my business somewhere else. I made reservations for a mid size suv months prior to trip. Upon arrival there was numerous customers waiting for service and being upgraded for delay times. Unfortunately there was no mid size suv available, leaving us with a mid size sedan. (Not what I reserved) After waiting over 30 minutes we was told due to our delay and not having the suv we would be taken care of after we returned from our trip. Upon returning the car we was not only not taken care of but we was charged an additional amount instead of receiving our deposit back. I called because on one had been able to help me with a reservation I made no one could get me the vehicle I reserved I called here and immediately got help and what I needed would highly recommend this location for anyone renting a car
