Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an unfortunate incident where I tapped the back of my girlfriend’s motorcycle with my pick up truck on the way home from the Sturgis bike rally! No one was injured, but my truck and her bike fortunately. My insurance company sent me for repair and to enterprise for a rental at the Lithia Springs Georgia location off of Thornton Road. The young lady that checked me in was kind, was very empathetic because I was distraught about hitting my girlfriend on her motorcycle. She was efficient and professional. It was the same when I was returning the Jeep a week later with the gentleman who assisted me… The jeep was clean full of gas and I loved it… It’s a matter of fact I am planning on Trading my truck in for a Jeep Rubicon because of this experience

the actual employees are doing their job but the actual speed & efficiency of this location isn’t great. the employees demeanor and interactions were fine! however, they have customers waiting for the longest. it’s clear the organization and location isn’t ran the best. there’s a lot of miscommunication & things that get lost in the midst of their process. one of the customers was waiting for than 1.5hours for a minivan because they were waiting for someone to drop it off. all the people in the waiting room were waiting for over an hour to be serviced. they may be heavily understaffed. i didn’t love my experience nor did i enjoy it. it took so long for someone to help me and so long for me to get my vehicle. the entire process took forever & the communication in the midst of the waiting wa

Horrible customer service. Two customer service reps lied to me about my form of payment saying they didn’t take secured credit cards, which is a lie because I rented there in May of the same year and they also lied and said they changed company policy in August conveniently after the time in which I rented to say that the company no longer take secured credit cards and all I had to do with a simple Google search to find out that he was lying, even though I knew he was lying when I left the store. I just wanted to hear What line of BS he was going to tell me.

I had to use this location to rent a car under my insurance with Allstate while my car is being repaired. I reserved a full size vehicle at lease a week prior to pick up. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have any full size vehicles and that I needed to wait even though I saw at least 2 Toyota Camrys on the lot. After waiting for a while, I was given an option to get a larger vehicle for an up charge or a corolla or pick-up truck. The corolla was too small so I went with pick up truck. Let me just say the Enterpise Clean Car pledge is a JOKE. I am convinced that Enterpise deliberately gives insurance customers their absolute worst cars. I say this because there is absolutely no way they can look a paying customer in the eye and tout “clean car pledge” and give them what they gav

Everyone at this location is so pleasant and cheerful. We had a very smooth transaction on the car rental and we will continue to use this location for our needs.
