Awesome service, I worked with Victor after my car was wrecked and he was so very helpful. He kept in touch and provided information that most automotive shops would not provide. I reached out to Kinetic after my newly installed rotors and pads continued to squeal (having newly been installed by someone else). They quoted me not a low be decent-fair price to replace the pads that I already purchased plus an oil change...of which the oil and filter was also pre-purchased. Wait time wasn't bad and you'll be greeted and entertained by the dozens of cats that seemingly owns the lot. Leaving the shop that day and even days later I didn't have any issues. But about 2 weeks later that same annoying squeal came back. I have no clue what the issue could be because I bought great pads, that I even they use and often recommend.
