I really don’t want this post to sound scripted. When I say, I am so grateful a friend referred me to Malik, it’s an understatement. He replaced my brakes. Because of the make of my car, he suggested we order from the dealer, which was more expensive but I took his advice. After the install, for about 8 months, the brakes squeaked. During this time, Malik worked with me as we followed the suggested fixes from the dealer….nothing worked. Along the way, Malik assured me that he would take care of me. And that he did! The dealer was giving him the runaround with replacing the brakes, so Malik purchased another set of brakes but the next level up, out of his own pocket. That is absolutely unheard of these days. Malik is knowledgeable, proactive, and a genuine human being. Never have I met a mechanic who proposes another person saying he feels they will do a better job - despite having the competency. Not only did he do that, but he also offered his floor for the work and took nothing from it. And then followed up after hours to see if it was satisfactory. If you have doubts, wipe them off! He is him!
