Fix It Todd Auto

I visited Todd because my brakes weren't working, making driving extremely dangerous. Todd was competent, friendly and very fair. He got me taken care of quickly all while explaining everything that was wrong and everything he was doing. This may have been the first time I've ever left a mechanic feeling confident in the work and the treatment I've received. I've got a pretty old car with a few issues and I'm actually looking forward to working with him more in the future instead of the regular dread I typically feel when it's time to find a mechanic or car shop. My "preferred" pads had to be ordered, so I purchased the next best (gold series). I tell this guy "do a good job and you'll make a few thousand." He removes the tire, looks at the setup, then Googles: "how to!" I respected that! I had my car over heat and I called Todd and over the phone he instructed me and a female employee akia from auto zone on how to fix disconnect and reconnect a hose that was leaking anti freeze everywhere. We both never did anything like this before and for his help I’m grateful.. He was very professional and guided us through the problem with such detail my car is driving right now smoke free. Todd performed an oil change and brake service to my 2020 Landcover. I must say that he has amazing customer service, is honest, professional and competitively priced! He even called me several hours after the service to check in and make sure that I was pleased and had no additional questions or concerns. I will be returning to Todd for additional services in the future.

Not my first time or 2nd or 3rd working with Mr Todd. And this time like the times before.. awesome work. Very detailed in explanation. I had. Brakes and rotors this time n I was out of there before I knew. Hospitable god spirited man. Nothing but good results and he even inspected something that could of been a potential issue.
