Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Madison Ga location, Miss Kimberly, and her current staff (of 1), made my enterprise experience go phenomenally well. I felt seen, heard, and understood. They made my chaotic situation turn into a completely smooth and efficient one. Even as I know they were overly busy, I was still made to feel like I was priority #1. Especially, As long as Miss Kimberly is at that location (there), I will be sure to use that enterprise again. The vehicle was a '26, had 3 digit miles on it, and every bell and whistle you could expect in it, and even more. The car drove like a champ! It even protected me from crazy drivers. Customer service at the Madison, Ga branch was amazing. The young lady was patient and very nice. She got me in a car as quick as possible. They had a good variety of vehicles even though the area wasn’t really big. I would most definitely recommend Enterprise.
