Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location has been great every time I have needed a rental car. The staff is attentive, caring, and listens to the customer. My rentals are always ready, clean and details are explained to me. They move quickly and get you on your way with great customer service. The past few rentals I have worked directly with Jake at this location. He is amazing and makes everything so simple for me. Thank you to Jake and the team at your Merrimack, NH location. Keep up the great work and I will be back soon.

Kyle Okeefe is excellent wouldn’t have used enterprise if it wasn’t for him! Has been so helpful throughout my rental journey. Any problems I’ve had have been fixed within the hour through him.

They were extremely helpful in transferring the reservation from my auto insurer to me when the insurer stopped providing the car, and they let me keep it at the rate they'd been billing the insurer at. Very nice. (Also, the car itself was wonderful.)

The Nissan was clean and well maintained. The man I rented it from showed me how the features worked. All in all it was a very good rental experience.

Rented a Jeep Rubicon for a recent trip to South Carolina. The customer service people at Enterprise were very helpful and pleasant. Loved driving the Jeep but it is a pig on ga$.
