Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do not. And I mean do not rent here. Drive the extra miles. Been going here for years seeing I live local. Drive up, park and take off. Well did the same thing I always do beginning of October 2025. Only drive back couple days later after hours to find my car was gone. Drive up the next day to be told my car was towed and I have to pay out of pocket to get it out. It’s was over $500.00. That sorry new policy. I said where is the sign? It’s on the door. Please see picture. Asked to talk to the manager and was told I’m taking to them. This was the same guy who walked me out to the rental car to look over it. And watched me take my bags out of my car and put them in the rental. Sent an email to Kevin Peter the area manager. Nothing!!! Call him. Nothing!!!!

As a business traveler in my previous life, I used to rent cars all the time.Every time I would try to rent a car from Middletown enterprise, they would never have any cars available.No matter when I rented it, a week out ,five weeks out ,two days before ,there was always an excuse. This has been many, many years. It never seems to be fixed. I don't understand it. I don't know how they stay in business. You are permanently off my call list for renting a car.

Best experience ever...... had used this enterprise for the first time, staff was professional and respectful. Made this a smooth journey, and put us in a vehicle that suited us. I rented a Jeep Wagoneer from the Enterprise in Middletown, DE on 9/17/25 and had a great experience. I was on the road with my rental within 15 minutes of walking into the building. The vehicle was very clean and in great condition. The return was super easy as well. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again.
