Your employee, Mr. Blake Moore did an excellent job with Customer Service. We were at the Chevrolet Dealer on Savannah Highway and Blake was there as well. We needed to rent a car since ours was being serviced. Blake gave us a ride to the Enterprise lot and personally made sure we were taken care of. He truly understands great Customer Service and Enterprise is lucky to have him on the Enterprise team. Blake is actually the Assistant Manager at the North Mount Pleasant store which is closer to us. If we need another rental, Blake will be our go-to guy.

Great customer service and value! I needed a rental for a week with both my cars in for repairs. He helped me price out options, and the day of gave me a free upgrade to the larger class. About 5 minutes after I drove off with my week contract, the shop let me know one vehicle was ready. Enterprise was very understanding, and only charged me a minimal fee which is more than understanding. On top of that, they gave me a courtesy ride to pick up my car a few minutes away. Great experience, great customer service!
