The car was so nice I almost didn't take it back. Lol jk The agents were very pleasant, the process was quick and painless, and the whole thing was very affordable.
This place was really great they offered fast and easy service made you feel welcomed and comfortable and explained everything you needed to know, a very great place and I really appreciate the team that helped loan me the rental so I could get back and forth to work that meant a lot ! So thanks so much !
Reservation was made for 9:30 for a day usage and the earliest I could receive the car was 11:30. Horrible service. Was not notified beforehand. We would be charged if the return is late but nothing was done for them being late.
The folks at Enterprise have always done a great job. When we needed roadside assistance. They were empathetic, professional, and efficient. We had a breakdown resolved in a few hours in a remote Kentucky location. Nicely done, Enterprise.
Great service, great car! Will use again if needed.
