Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Vehicle rental transaction went very smoothly upon pick up and return. Our rental vehicle was very clean and in like new position. Very satisfied!

2/28/26- Been renting cars at this location for years with no issues at all. Today I show up to pick up a vehicle I had reserved and immediately the guy starts acting suspicious and asking me a lot of questions- why are you renting, where are you going, etc etc surprised he didn’t ask my mothers maiden name! Anyway, I answer all the questions, show him all the documents, insists on seeing insurance info (which is already stored in my account) and finally time to choose the vehicle, he says he can only put me in a freaking red van out of all the vehicles in the lot unless I paid more! By that point I had obviously had enough so I walked out. I don’t intend to use this location any more if this guy works there. Enjoyed working with the other employees there in the past.

The representative Seth was very professional, and knowledgeable for my rental car questions and needs. With service like his and other enterprise rental workers on Hwy 17 in New Bern I will continue to do business with them.

This was a great experience. This crew is top of the line and professional. They walked me out to my vehicle and ensured my personal vehicle would be safe when I left it there. They were very courteous, I would rent here again if given the opportunity.

Phenomenal experience. The clear communication made it easy to make sure that everyone’s expectations were met. I read through all the agreements which were helpful. When choosing the rental online they even prompted me to reach out to my insurance before selecting some of the additional coverage options.
