Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Friendly and professional staff during my rental period. My rental was due to an auto accident, hit a deer, but was satisfied over all with my experience. My auto insurance footed the bill, but I feel the rental pricing was fair in today’s market. Staff was able to place me in a vehicle comparable to mine(2015 F-150 crew cab). I used a 2025 F-150 crew cab. Vehicle was very clean and mechanically sound. I was in my rental vehicle within 20 minutes of walking in the door. I would recommend this location to anyone in my area needing a rental. Shout out to Cody and Ryan for their help and being easy to deal with, which means a lot to me.

I was treated with dignity and respect at the Enterprise Office in Norton, Virginia. These folks are like Boy Scouts; Honest, Trustworthy, Helpful, Courteous...We Appreciate All of That! Will use Enterprise next time we need a rental.

My three sisters and I were traveling from Asheville, NC to Ashland, OH. The rental we were traveling in broke down in Pound, VA. Thankfully Cody from Norton, VA Enterprise brought us another vehicle. We will be forever grateful to Cody and his staff that brought the car and took the other vehicle away.
