Walmart Auto Care Center

The older gentleman Philip is amazing. He was quick, knowledgeable, very friendly. Saved me on a warranty too for my vehicle. One of the best auto employees I've ever met at any auto center for Walmart's.

It would help if anyone would be at the register, two others and myself waited a while, while an employee just happened by, by accident I took my key and if I had to wait any longer I was going to take my keys and go There was another time I had waited a long time to pay for my fix-a-flat, finally was taken care of both cans malfunctioned. I came back in and no-one was around. I needed them exchanged So I took care of it myself proceeded out to my car. That's 4 cans and no one came found someone to get my money back. He said I'd have to go to the front I'm 67 years old and it was suffering all the way and taking breaks to take breaths. Anything could have happened to me leading me to the E.R. and that's even if someone happened by.

Worst experience I've ever had at a tire store. I made an appointment for 5pm to have 4 tires mounted and balanced that I purchased from Walmart. I sat in my truck until 6pm before my truck was even taken into the bay. I watched 1 tech worked on my truck as the other 3 joked around and played the whole time. It took them well over 1 hour to changed my tires. It was after 7pm before my truck was done. I do not recommend this place.

I don't even want to give them a star very poor service. I set for 2 1/2 hours waiting just to get a tire mounted and balanced. I just gave up and walked out these workers isn't even working only 2 was working on a car 2 young dudes and the older ones was just standing around not doing nothing. I will never come back to this place. Don't waste your time or money.!

Tried to get an oil change on a Sunday. Bays were empty and the service technicians were just standing around. Was told they were doing appointments only. Made an appointment for the next day, Monday, at 930am, which was the earliest available. Arrive 10 minutes early, there was an empty bay, but they let 2 cars go first. They didnt start the service until 1030am. No point is scheduling appointments if they cant honor them.
