H&m auto repair

I had a long trip. My car broke down late at night, all my coolant leaked and my belt broke. I managed to get to Norton. And in the morning, I went to H&M Auto Repair. They are absolutely amazing; they took me in right away and did a diagnostic. I didn't have to go anywhere; they provided all the parts for the car. The mechanic who repaired my car—you're absolutely amazing! Sorry, I forgot to ask your name, I'm so grateful! Thank you so much, it was the most wonderful car repair experience! I'm glad I was able to get on with my day so quickly!

They changed a motor for me in one of my vehicles at a great price!! I had an issue after the fact causing it to go into limp mode in which John looked into and worked on on his own time, not even charging me any labor which wasn’t even associated with the swap. Extremely recommend!

Although the people were very friendly, I paid $238, and received my car back in the same condition that I dropped it off in. When they called, they just said your car is ready. When I got there, they told me that the part they put in did not fix the issue. Had they called, I would have kept my old original part and save the $70 for the new part that did nothing to improve my situation. They also put a new filter in without calling to get permission, and added $30 to my bill without making sure I had enough money to cover it, which I barely did.

I took my car in with all sorts of problems. Now she runs so smooth. Thank you so much for doing an outstanding job on my 1998 Ford Escort
