It was refreshing to have such a smooth rental experience without any stress or complications. I was really surprised that my rental car experience went so well. No long wait time. I thought my vehicle wouldn’t be available and ended up with two choices. I will definitely be going back. The desk clerks were so friendly, professional, and prompt. Very pleasant experience.

Urging All customers to book online before heading to Enterprise. Reserved a 15 Passenger Van online in Columbia at a rate of $105 a day with a $300 deposit. However, they overbooked this vehicle and Enterprise did not have any Vans in the Columbia Location. I went to the Orangeburg location and inquired about the same 15 passenger Van, they were very accommodating at a moments notice. The same 15 Passenger Van that I inquired about charged at a rate of $300 a day with a $300 deposit only because I did the purchase inside the store. Enterprise charged me 3 times the original rate of $105 a day plus a $300 deposit. Although, I must say that the team was very friendly and on the other hand, I would definitely be overwhelming friendly too if I made an extra $200 off a rental. Please not

I can truly say my experience at Enterprise was excellent!!!!! I ended up needing a rental due to a car accident. I cannot thank Tevin enough for the outstanding quality of service that he provided! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. He thoroughly explained everything from the Policy/financial side to assisting me on how to operate the car and he gave me his card to let me know how to reach him if I needed anything or had any issues. The entire process only took about 10 minutes tops! This was the best and fastest service I’ve ever received while getting rental! I really enjoyed the Audi! ❤️

Not sure what the issue is, whether it be race or feelings but I always have issues when one of the guys is up there. The rules change per who you’re talking to. Some of them lie for unknown reasons (lied and said he called to say he was giving my car away and when asked what # he had, he read it out with 1 digit off) and they aren’t friendly. Enterprise please do better.
