Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve rented from this location twice now, and unfortunately, both experiences were subpar. Despite booking my requested vehicle over two weeks in advance, they failed to have it in stock upon arrival. The cars themselves were in poor condition—dirty on the inside and clearly not well-maintained on the outside. To make matters worse, the vehicles were provided with almost no gas, which is a major inconvenience when you're trying to get on the road. The lack of customer service and poor communication from the staff made a bad situation even more stressful. I won't be returning a third time.

Friendly courteous attentive and efficient staff, clean fresh vehicle in excellent shape, easy pick up and drop off. Excellent people in the Oswego NY office. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

Enterprise was very helpful when I needed a rental car after I had an accident. Ben was the gentleman who worked with me and he was very nice and very helpful.

The stars come from friendly customer service, but overall we did not enjoy our experience with enterprise in Oswego. The people were friendly and I am confident what we experienced wasn’t their fault. We made a reservation for a compact SUV weeks in advance of our trip for safer winter driving as well as fuel economy. When we got there, we were told we were getting a “free upgrade” to a gas guzzler in a larger vehicle class, and it turns out the reason was because they didn’t have the vehicle we had reserved weeks in advance. So that was really unfortunate to lose 10mpg fuel efficiency for budget reasons. After driving away we noticed that it needed air in the tires and new wipers, we called and enterprise told us we could go to just about any service station and listed a few for us to

We had an amazing experience thanks to Ben! He went above and beyond to help us out and made everything easy and stress-free. Super friendly, professional, and just a genuinely great person to deal with. Can’t thank him enough—highly recommend!
