Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’m incredibly dissatisfied with my experience at this location. I rented a car, but unfortunately, I had to replace it three times within five days. Each car was in a terrible condition—the seats were filthy, and there was an unpleasant smell. Despite this, they tried to mask the odor by spraying something when I picked up the car. To make matters worse, one of the cars had all its windows covered with stickers that were removed and left sticky residue on the glass. The one I hot today has 55k miles on it 😡

Genuinely great experience through and through. Friendly staff, vehicle was in great condition. Mel was exceptional.

I have been a satisfied customer since 2019. I rented cars at least once a month for the past 4 years, sometimes for just a day, other times for a weekend. Never had a problem. The reps knew me by name and always had a great car available for me. I recently moved to a new town in the same state. Within a week, I wanted to get a new driver’s license. I reserved online with my discount 2 days in advance and arrived at Enterprise at my appointed time, gave my driver’s license and was told that their third party company could not verify my identity. Therefore, I could not rent a car unless I provided a paid utility bill with my name on it and another piece of id, like a piece of mail that had been delivered to me. Wait a minute.
