Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a vehicle from this location 10/30/25. Natalie was exceptional in handling my reservation. I was traveling due to a family emergency. She got my car ready ASAP and was extremely kind given my situation. Upon returning the vehicle she was thoughtful enough to check in with me on how I was and how my family was. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to her customers needs and situations. 5 star rating to Enterprise and especially to Natalie!

I have used enterprise frequently and have spent thousands of dollars over the last few years and I have never been more disappointed by the quality of service than I am with the Saco location. I have a card on file that has been used at this and other locations several times and at times, for large amounts of money. I called the location last week to pay a balance of just under $200.00. While I was on the call with the male agent he claimed that the card was declining. The card was used for the entirety of this particular rental period. Just a couple days ago the card was run by this location for the balance of just over $20 for tolls!!! Which I was expecting! So why wouldn’t it run for the other payment?! Picked up a rental here recently and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the process was quick and easy. The car I received was practically brand new (under 10k miles) and very clean. Overall, smooth experience from start to finish—would definitely rent here again.

My experience start to finish was absolutely perfect! I was in a car accident and I ended up having the rental for close to 2 months, I loved the car and the customer service was top notch!
