Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This rental company has truly earned my trust as my go-to place for car rentals. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive, making the entire process seamless from beginning to end. They take the time to ensure each customer is matched with the right vehicle, and their attention to detail shows in the cleanliness and quality of their fleet. I recently rented an Expedition based on their recommendation and was thoroughly impressed,it exceeded my expectations in every way. I greatly appreciate their commitment to excellent customer service and look forward to returning for future rentals.

I called them the day before to get a compact car. They tell me to come at 1pm . So they close at 1pm on Saturday why would you schedule some one to pick up a car when your closed. Luckily they were still there. They stuck us with a mini van my wife doesn't feel comfortable driving, the gas light was on an zero charge for the ev part. They had all day to get a car ready for us and this is the service we get. This place is trash. My only option was to take it or go without a vehicle till Monday which I would have to use sick time to leave early to do. Literally had a day and a half to take care of my request. If you want to be disappointed and trash service come her.

This is my go to Enterprise! Whenever I need a rental car they have exactly what I need and provide excellent customer service. The cars have been clean and reliable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I got a rental to use after having my car struck by a deer. I had a nice minivan to drive around in, and it was great as my 91 year old mom was with me. Nice ride to travel around in. I was in and out of Enterprise within minutes, and back on the road with a 7 hour ahead of me.

First of all, when I called the store, it was so nice to have an option to speak to someone at my local store. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. When I called the store, Jordan assured me that someone would be able to give me a ride from enterprise to the mechanic shop. He was the one who greeted me at the door and shook my hand.z He arranged for Art to drive us to the mechanic shop. Clair got us checked out and she was so helpful. She even helped us move our bags from one car to the other. I’ve lived in San Marcos Texas for over 20 years and I’ve used enterprise quite a few times. This time was the best hands-down. I really felt valued as a customer, and I really felt that they treated me like a human. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
