Enterprise Rent-A-Car

After my car got rearended by a truck, insurance connected me with Enterprise to get a rental vehicle. They scheduled an appointment for me right before closing. Upon arrival, they said I would actually need more documentation than I was told to bring in the initial call. I was annoyed, but came back tomorrow with additional documentation. Upon arrival I was told I actually needed even MORE documentation. The rep claimed he had told me the day before about this (he had not.) He asked for a utility bill which I do not have as I live with my parents. Upon learning this, he said I do not in fact qualify for a rental vehicle. They were not helpful and lied or miscommunicated every step of the way. You're better off picking any other place to rent a vehicle.

I recently rented from Enterprise in Staunton and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The customer service was professional and friendly, the facility was clean and organised, and the car I was given was well maintained. There were no questions unanswered. When I returned the car, I was greeted with the same level of kindness. The gentlemen were efficient and kind and I was on my way in no time. Thank you all at Enterprise in Staunton for your dedication to customer satisfaction and professionalism! 😄

This place saved us in a pinch. We had an emergency and needed a rental ASAP to get to TN. We called on the way there and they took all our info over the phone. Once we arrived, Sam got us in and out within 10 mins. He was so kind and supportive, and made sure we were 100% comfortable. Can’t say thank you enough to this establishment! Life savers!!! 🙏🏼

Although they didn't have the SUV that I had requested, they offered other choices. Neither was really what I wanted, but it was fine. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely use them again when needed.

During one of the scariest moments and hours of our lives, Grace from Enterprise at Staunton VA location, treated myself like a person, not just a customer. When the realization that everything came rushing in that my family and I were just in a crazy accident and our car was totaled, she listened, offered a hug & went out of her way to make sure we were all set with our rental. I cannot begin to thank her enough & if there is anyway I can recognized her kind efforts through a company program I would love to do so. Thank you SO MUCH Grace! You do amazing work!!
