From check out to return was a pleasing experience. The management assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs, and we greatly appreciated his tact. Mr. Alpha Johnson is to be commended for his assistance with seniors. We trust Enterprise and will recommend them to all our friends.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. (VERY CONCERNING) This has been one of the most frustrating, dishonest, and unprofessional rental experiences I’ve ever had. We originally went to the Takoma Park location to pick up our rental as instructed. When we arrived, Brenden told the vehicle wasn’t there and that we had to drive to the Silver Spring location instead. Takoma said they would forward all our information over. At Silver Spring, Erin gave us a full walkthrough of the vehicle and clearly pointed out multiple existing body damages. We specifically asked if we should take photos, and she told us there was no need because everything was already documented in their system. So we trusted their process.
