I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received from Mr. Mohammad at Union Auto Sales. I bought my 2013 Prius V from him, and little did I know that his dedication would extend far beyond the sale. I was experiencing a frustrating issue with my 2013 Toyota Prius V. I received a warning message about the auxiliary battery being low, and soon after, the car would not start. I tried everything I could think of, including jumping the car, but it still wouldn't start. I was very distressed and stranded on my college campus. I didn't know what to do at that point, but I reached out to Mr. Mohammad at Union Auto Sales to let him know what was going on. Without hesitation, Mr. Mohammad went above and beyond to help me. I looked around for a while at different places and came across Union Auto Sales. The dealer was a great guy who made me feel good about my purchase. The cars they had were nice but my wife set her eyes on a 2010 Ford fusion priced at 4500. It was in great condition. I had a concern about the sunroof and the dealer fix the issue immediately. I had such a good experience that I, in turn, went back to buy myself a 2003 Toyota 4runner which was in pristine condition and I got a beautiful deal on this vehicle. I would highly recommend and refer anyone who is looking for a good car, for a good price from, an honest dealer to give this place a try.
10/10 recommend. The customer service and quality is phenomenal. I purchased a 2009 Toyota with a decent amount of miles and at very reasonable price. I love my car. I am thankful to have done business with the people at this auto service.
