I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Also didnt know i would get a car vacuum that was nice. I can't really speak on the prices because everything in the world is more expensive now, but I appreciated not spending hours waiting for an old change
Staff is great, and I'm happy with the work. The wait is much longer than a drive-through oil change provider. I was 2nd in line when I arrived, and it still took 90 minutes (25 min in line, 60 minutes to change my oil -- no other work besides oil change). The price is a little on the high side.
I went to a separate location in Arlington and they charged me for a full service without putting air in my tires or fully topping off my coolant. I even had to remind them to vacuum out my car. I came to this location and they were SO HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING! Amari put air in my tires and gave me helpful information with no problem. Raul personally topped off all my fluids. They do good work in this location!
I really do like the folks that work at this Jiffy Lube, they've been the same team (at least the visible guys) for the past few years. However, they are NOT fast. I know Jiffy Lube no longer has the 15-min oil change, but plan to be here at least an hour on most days. Friends have had bad experiences at other locations, so the plus is that these folks do the job right so I'll continue to go to this location.
Great customer service, particulary the young person working there. Nazir is the name I think. Pretty fast, painless process getting an oil change
