Horrible!!! Unprofessional! No customer service! Just rude!! Never speed balance the wheels, knowing my tires were not align, never told me but got mad when I returned in tears scared to death with how my car was driving!! Only then was I told I needed a wheel alignment and the tires that I asked for was not given. I came in with run flat tires and was told although not the same brand it was a comparison. All lies!!! Then I guess the owner (see pictures) who was incompetent and didn’t know how to work their card system tried to belittle me the entire time and raising his voice when talking to me and I had to let him know I’m not from Africa. Beware of this company’s dishonest pricing practices. I was told that getting my tires pumped would be free. However, after the service was done, the man who pumped my tires demanded $20. When I questioned this, he condescendingly told me that I was “rich” and should give him money. This behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. Customers should not be misled about pricing and then pressured for payment afterward.

I stopped by around 6 after having an accident on the road where I dented my tire rim and the cover popped off. I went here on whim just wanting to get this fixed asap. I pulled in and they got to work on my car right away. I was back on the road in less than 30 min with a new tire rim at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place, the staff were super friendly and service was very fast! Thank you so much!!!!

Great quick service! I called needing a tire replacement today. They confirmed, assisted me as soon as I arrived and quickly got everything done. Will definitely return when the need arises!

I really don't enjoy leaving this review, but the over tightened my lug nuts on my fron tires. I do most of my own work on my vehicle and was watching this guy go to town with his milwaukee impact wrench pounding on each lug for more than 15 seconds each with the wrench on high. You never need to go for more than 5 seconds and of your gun is set right it will turn off when torgued appropriately. Very few shops tighten then by hand to proper torque specs today. The problem is they actually damaged the lugs so now I need to drill them out. I literally tried taking them off the day after they did my tires. What annoys me more is the owner tried to tell me it was because of the age of my lugs. Nope, it was the literally did damage to them putting them on like that. Just admit your mist
