Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I took advantage of Enterprises 3-day special while my car was in the shop. The customer service provided by Hampton was superb and I enjoyed driving in a newer vehicle. When my vehicle wasn't ready, I extended my rental for another day without any issues. After dropping off the rental and Hampton finished the vehicle inspection, he asked if I needed a lift. Although, I didn't need it, I thought "Now, that's going above and beyond". It's that act of kindness that will make me think of Enterprise the next time I or know anyone needing a rental.

Just rented a car for the day - about the 4th time we have rented from Enterprise in Walla Walla. As in previous rentals we were very happy with their professional service and quality of our car. Things didn’t go as planned and we had to change our plans about drop off location and Walla Walla Enterprise office worked with us to change our rental contract with no problems. Very pleasant experience.

We had our new car backed into and had to leave it at a shop in town. TC at enterprise from the get go was efficient and professional. My wife had to take care of picking up and dropping off. They made in super easy for her. They even called after the fact to confirmed our deposit being returned and that everything went smoothly at drop off. Thanks TC for making this painless.

This location provides great service. Enterprise is good already, but the staff at this location take it up a notch. Check out/in was super easy and quick. No hassles or unexpected fees.

Good, attentive service; good follow through. . The only car rental business I use.
