Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had to rent a car while mine was being worked on due to a recall from Ford. The employees there (Kirstin and James) went out of their way to get the correct vehicle for me and to work with the Ford dealership to get it paid for. They were flexible and friendly and made the experience super quick and easy for me.

The employees that works at the Warrensburg enterprise, were exceptional. They all had great attitudes. And we're very helpful.

Logan, Hunter, Addie. Thanks for making our rental a good experience. As my wife had said to you guys setting this rental up, we are a special needs family and needed everything to work on time. The SUV we rented had the space we needed and was clean had plenty of room. Everyone was happy going on the trip and coming home on the trip. Thanks to you all we will be back soon.

I didn't experience anything negative here, but I was prepared to from reading the other reviews. I booked online, and showed up early to pick up the car that we booked a day and a half earlier. They were ready, and the intermediate car turned out to be a new, small SUV. It was a nice surprise, and didn't cost any extra. Brought the vehicle back when it was due (a few hours early) and got a discount for dropping it off ahead of the time we said we would. Everything went seemless. We will for sure rent from there again. (And hopefully have a similar, friendly, experience)

Worst experience ever. Reserved this 2 weeks ago. 1 week of verification of our rental. Everything was on schedule. Tacoma or equivalent small truck. First of all, the agent called me the day of pickup and said, is not a Tacoma, it's a jeep Gladiator. Way different. I go in to get the truck and they inform me they i need a utility bill to verify my address. It wasn't coming up in the system. So I brought my insurance bill and proof of insurance with the address on both. Nope, that wasn't enough. I told them I might have my phone bill in the console if my truck. Nope, only a water, electric, or gas bill is accepted. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. My drivers license is a "real id". With my current address on it. That airlines accept to travel with in the US. Nope, can't a
