have rented at several enterprise locations, the two employees working here were some of the nicest and helpful can remember, recommend giving them a try, included some pictures of some of our adventures with the rental car, a jeep

I rent cars several times a year for vacations and transporting my son to college and back. Emily and Christopher get me setup, checked in and on the road effortlessly. Pickup is always a pleasure and they make sure my rental vehicle is as ordered or they upgrade my reservation as needed. Drop off is always just as pleasant as pickup. I don’t know if all locations are this pleasant but Waynesboro VA location is amazing. Thank you Emily and Christopher!

Enterprise Waynesboro offered is great customer service, a competitive price that was actually lower than competitors, and a great car. We’d choose them again! We highly recommend them! Kudos to Emily who helped us!

Reserved a vehicle on my app. At 2 different enterprise, one in staunton one in waynesboro and both called and said they didn't have anything available. If you don't have availability, then don't take a reservation. This caused me to miss out on a rental from a competor company and now i have nothing for a company function. I have always used Enterprise and thought it was taking care of. Definitely won't rely on this company again.

Loved the rental car and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely choose them again.
